Inclusions

• Above mentioned fare is appilicable for the base category room accommodation on twin sharing basis
• Pickup and drop from Cochin Airport or Railway station or Bus station
• All sightseeing, land transfer & inter hotel transfer.
• Driver’s bata, tollfare, parking, road tax and fuel charges.
• Transportation as mentioned with an English speaking friendly driver throughout your trip.
• Accommodation as mentioned with breakfast.
• Houseboat exclusively for you with all meals which includes welcome drink, snacks, tea, lunch, dinner, breakfast,
• mineral water etc.
• Houseboat check in at 12Noon and cruises till 5 PM, Boat will be anchored till 8 AM and cruises till 9AM for checkout
• All houseboat related inclusions are applicable only if the Itinerary is including Houseboat stay
• Candle light dinner, flower bed decoration & honeymoon cake in Houseboat only for honeymoon packages.

• Entrance fees to Amusement parks & Boating charges.
• Optional activities mentioned in the itinerary.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on X'mas & New year Eve if applicable
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions

Terms & conditions

• Your accommodation is selected as per your budget.
• The rate communicate to you on email is calculated on the basis of hotels and room type mentioned
• We do not have any hidden charges except your lunch and dinner.
• Any extra bed/ breakfast which are not mentioned have to be paid directly by guest as per hotel policy.
• The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only.
• In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
• Rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar and Thekkady for all category of packages (if package has Munnar or Thekkady)
• In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements, please bare with us.
• Balance payment will not be accepted by Cheque or DD
• We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
• In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different  Options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change  in the hotels specified without your concern.
• The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with your booking only after we  receive your confirmation and advance and on availability of hotels mentioned.
• Cancellation fees will be applicable as per the hotel norms

Reservation step by step Procedure

• Once you forward us the requirement with the date of arrival ,we will quote you packages as per your requirement based on no of days and your budget .
• You can exclusively select your package from the list of package that we provide
• Once you select the package inform us through email.So that we will be sending the link to transfer the advance amount through our payment gateway of our website. Our website accepts all major credit and debit cards.once you transfer the amount your booking is initiated
• We will check the availability of rooms in the hotels you selected.if not available we will initiate you with alternative hotel with the cost difference.
• Cab details will be forwarded to you one day before your arrival.
• Please inform us the place of arrival in cochin to serve you better
• On arrival at cochin airport or railway station or bus station you will be picked by the cab to our office where we meet you and discuss the package inclusions to make sure all our commitments are clear from both sides.
• Pay the balance amount .we accept cash,DD and Net transfer.we donot accept cheque
• If you don’t want to visit our office or your arrival is not in cochin, please inform us advance .In such cases you should pay the full amount before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be levied
• 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
• Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
• Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.
• No refund is entitled “for no shows
• In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and refund will be solely depends on the amount, which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way

Amendment

• Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.
